Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 Sample Preparation and Submission

The Bioanalyzer requires ~1.5-2 µl of sample for each assay.

Samples are best represented by the Bioanalyzer when contained in low salt buffer or water, however samples in high salt buffer typically run adequately enough to obtain the necessary results.

If contamination or sample integrity is a concern, such as in the case of RNA or precious DNA samples, TAGC recommends aliquotting out a small portion of your sample and bringing that to TAGC to run on the Bioanalyzer.
